Graduation!
The members had a great year and are off to many awesome things! Some are sticking around with new jobs at IFH, some went off to medical school, other graduate school programs, or other great health professional opportunities.
This year members had many great achievements. To name a few:

-Provided case management services to 1416 patients
-Provided 312 health education sessions about sexually transmitted disease to teens.
-Enrolled over over 300 patients in health insurance
-Led over 919 health education sessions about diabetes
-Provided prenatal education over 500 mothers
-Started an earth box program to teach Head Start preschoolers about healthy foods.
-Outreached to nearly 5,000 patients
-Developed a breast-feeding education program at Kingston Family Practice along with a breast feeding education blog for Ulster county
-Placed students in successful mentorships around NYC
-Provided general health education to 3,188 patients
All in all, over 10,000 patients benefited from the services of our fantastic Healthcorps crew!
